Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it can't be cancelled, because it is already in the process of being packed and shipped. Your Toasty Pro products will be delivered to you via your local postal service. We'll make sure to dispatch your orders within 48 hours.

At Toasty Pro, we store our products in warehouses across the UK, Germany, and Asia, so if one location is out of stock, we'll send your order from another warehouse to get it to you quickly! To make things easier for you, we take care of all the customs fees and clearance beforehand, so you won't have to pay a penny extra. Our delivery speed worldwide is usually around 7 days, but it can take up to 15 days in rare cases. We've got you covered!

Returns and Exchanges

Friendly reminder: You have 14 days from the date of delivery/receiving of your order to return or exchange your item(s) after that, we can no longer issue a store credit or replacement.

Free Items acquired via any promotions cannot be returned or exchanged.

We don't provide shipping labels, so return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. To ensure we can track the journey of your return, please use a tracked shipping method.

Returns are free of charge, though it's worth noting that original shipping fees, duty paid or any other associated costs are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return:

Item(s) have to be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the delivery/receiving of the order.

Item(s) must be in the original packaging, which must be in original condition.

The product must be in a new or undamaged condition and in its original packaging.

Returns are only available in the UK and the US.

We'd like to kindly ask you to show off your photographic skills and take a picture of the item before sending it back to us. This way, we'll be able to evaluate its condition. Thanks for your help!

Store Credit

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Store Credit equal to the paid price of the pieces returned. You will receive your store credit in the form of a gift card via email. The gift card has no expiration date and can be passed on to someone else. Please note: As a small brand, we are unable to offer any cash refunds. We are also unable to make any exceptions due to the item being out of stock or for any other reason.
